These excess oils contribute to blocking the pores, along with dirt and bacteria on the skin, furthermore causing acne breakouts.
The good news is that this usually corrects itself after a few months as your body adapts to the unbalance of hormones in your body.

Well, by drinking water, you will flush out the toxins in your body, via your kidneys, that would otherwise have been secreted through your skin pores, causing further acne outbreaks.
If acne is really bothering you can have hormone injections which can balance out the hormones and have received very positive results from many, but you’ve got to bear in mind that you have a baby in you and the possible effects that might have. Remember, it will go away naturally after the pregnancy, so the choice is up to you.
