This method worked extremely well for Chris, because he was committed in getting rid of his acne. You can have the same results, but it might take longer than three days, because you have to remember that every body their skin is different.
This is a good book to have in your arsenal, but you have to be committed in getting rid of acne to get clear skin. There is nothing worse than getting the book, reading it, getting all hyped up and then not taking the necessary actions. You should take the steps in the book to heart and give it a good shot.
