After struggling with acne myself for many years I now just how hard it can be to wake up every morning only to look into a mirror and see a face filled with blemishes and whiteheads staring back. I know I could simply not stand it and I bet you can not either. So what are some at home cures for acne?
Well to tell you the truth there are many myths out there but there are only a select few of these cures that actually work. That is why I am here to finally set fact from fiction and so you can finally get on the road to clear skin using at home cures for acne.
1. Yogurt is a cheap and reliable food that you can pick up from your local grocery store but little do people know about its health benefits. Yogurt contains the good bacteria that health companies are only realising about and these good bacteria help to fight off infections in your body. Well yogurt is actually a good skin treatment as a facial mask three to four times a week for five minutes a time will help to reduce redness and kill of any bacteria that is on your skin. How ever you must make sure that it is all natural yogurt that has not been tampered with.
2. Another at home cure for acne is jojoba oil which is relatively cheap oil that you can get from your local health store or chemist. It is basically oil processed from the jojoba nut and has long been recognised for its skin maintaining properties. It helps to even skin tone and complexity and can really help to starve away bacteria on the skins surface. Four to Five drops in the morning and at night will help to keep your skin moist and hydrated while controlling the oil shine.
