Do you find yourself wondering how some people can have great looking skin no matter what they do or eat? They must have some secret method for how to prevent pimples, right? Well after tons of searching high and low, I’ve finally figured out what sets those people apart from acne sufferers like us and I also found out how you can completely eliminate your breakouts in just 2 weeks. So what is acne and what can we do about it? There are a few explanations about acne. Most say something like “Acne is formed when a hair follicle becomes clogged with excess oil or dead skin” or they might say “Acne is formed when bacteria feeds on the excess oil and dead skin on our face, causing the body to react and try to stop the bacteria.” These are usually accompanied by an ugly picture of a pimple forming. People will generally say the best way how to prevent pimples is to control either the bacteria, oil, dead skin or all of the above. Most experts will also agree that acne isn’t linked to your diet or any other internal causes. They look at two people who eat the same foods; one has acne, the other doesn’t. They therefore conclude that there are no internal factors that contribute to acne and then say the best way how to prevent pimples lies in chemicals applied to our skin. Herein lies the biggest problem for acne sufferers. These experts are perpetuating tons of misinformation that are keeping people from becoming clear. Have you ever noticed that you have a friend who get’s sick often? Or maybe someone who has a lot of migraine headaches? Maybe someone you know doesn’t sleep very well. Well that’s the exact reason why you and your friends can eat the same exact foods, but you’re the only one with acne. Everyone’s body react differently to different things, as ANYONE would tell you. We’re all unique. It’s important that you realize this so you can finally start learning how to prevent pimples the right way. You don’t want to be stuck with them forever, do you? Of course not, no one wants that. So what can you do? As I mentioned before, we all react differently. All of these reactions are the body’s way of telling you “I need some help!” While you’re breaking out, your friend is having migraines and someone else is calling out from work because they’re sick again. Our bodies are in trouble because every day they’re being bombarded with chemicals that it doesn’t know how to deal with. There are currently 300 chemicals in the human body that didn’t even exist 50 years ago. The best way how to prevent pimples and to help your body is actually pretty simple. 1.) Cut out foods like dairy, red meat, white sugar, hydrogenated oils and white carbs 2.) Exercise 4-5 days a week 3.) Drink plenty of water and eat more natural foods like green, leafy vegetables and fruits By taking these three simple steps, you can eliminate virtually all of your breakouts in just 2 weeks. Your body will begin dealing with the overabundance of toxins in its system and then it will turn its focus onto your skin, healing it naturally and clearing it up. By using this type of method for how to prevent pimples, I found that I could finally stop throwing my money away on all of those chemical products that only made my skin look and feel worse than it already was.

Unless you want to keep having the same results, you need to alter your methods of how to prevent pimples. I’ve done tons of research into finding a reliable cure because I was tired of having itchy, blotchy skin and I was tired of making excuses to my friends for why I couldn’t go out.

A huge industry thrives today because everyone is desperate to prevent pimples. But how are you going to prevent pimples – the problem is hormonal and probably hereditary. We can’t trade in our mothers and fathers and ask for parents with better genes! You see, blackheads and whiteheads which can turn into pimples are caused by androgen hormones. The best solution to preventing pimples would have to deal with this underlying androgen hormone issue. But there are also some other things we can do to stop our blackheads and whiteheads from turning into full blown pimples.

Taking care of your skin properly – washing it properly – is a good start. No, acne is not caused by dirty skin. But you still need to wash your face and the best way to do that is to do it in a way that causes the least irritation to your skin. Use lukewarm water and a very mild soap or non-soap cleanser such as Cetaphil. Wet the soap and use two fingers to apply it in a circular motion to our face. Gently. Rinse off with lukewarm water and pat your skin dry with a soft cotton towel. That’s it! You don’t need any special acne miracle cleaning products to take care of your skin properly. Most are a waste of money. If you need a moisturizer because you have dry skin, choose one that is non-comedogenic.

If you have mild acne, you can use a 2.5% benzoyl peroxide gel on your acne prone skin. Don’t use any stronger as stronger formulations will only irritate your skin. You don’t need a prescription or prescription strength. Over the counter 2.5% is fine. What about using a face-wash with benzoyl peroxide? Don’t waste your money.

Here are some more how to prevent pimples tips:

Stop smoking. Everyone always says that but if you want to prevent pimples, it’s a good idea. Smoking constricts the capillaries in the skin, making it less healthy and therefore prone to infection.

Keep track of what you eat. Some foods might trigger your acne. Milk is often a culprit. If a food seems to trigger your acne, cut it out of your diet.

Reduce stress. Breathe. Relax. Stress causes those pesky androgen hormones that cause acne in the first place. Chill out for your skin’s sake.

Don’t pick, rub, squeeze or otherwise mess with your skin. You will spread bacteria, inflame the area and your pimples will last longer. Hands off!

The best way to prevent pimples is to make lifestyle changes that can alter the production of androgen hormones. There are several new holistic programs available that effectively prevent pimples by going after this root cause of acne.

Do you suffer from having excess pimples? Would you like to learn how to prevent pimples? Don’t stress over it any longer! There IS a safe and natural cure for pimples. More likely than not, you’ve probably tried plenty of different solutions like pills and antibiotics, and more likely than not, you’ve been disappointed. While there are some creams that work, (more on this later), most acne treaments don’t, leaving you frustrated. Follow these three tips and you will have finally learned how to prevent pimples safely and effectively.

1. A Healthy Diet

“You are what you eat” has been repeated over and over again, and you know what? It’s actually true! What types of food you consume really does impact your skin’s health. What you eat regularily can affect your skin either negatively or positively. No skin care remedy will be effective unless you adjust your diet. If you want to learn how to prevent pimples, then follwing a healthy diet free of oily foods is the best way to start.

2. Get A Good Cleansing Cream

While it isn’t absolutely necessary, if you can find a good cleansing creme, you can make your pimples vanish that much quicker. Since I don’t want to have to send you back to the skin care aisle just to buy another product that doesn’t work, I’m going to tell you of one that does. Keep reading to find out what it is.

3. Stay Away From Stimulants

If you really want to learn how to prevent pimples, another natural cure is to avoid cigarettes, tea, coffee and other stimulants containing large amounts of sugar. If you consume these stimulants, you’ll stir your sebaceous glands which are responsible for producing skin oils. This, in turn, gives rise to more acne by clogging up your pores.

4. Limit Alcohol Consumption

It may be hard to believe, but alcohol plays a role in the creation of blackheads, pimples, and acne. Drinking shrinks your pores, which makes them easier to get clogged up by your natural oils.

You should definitely use these 4 steps that I have outlined for you if you’re tired of looking for how to prevent pimples. Making these simple changes will help clear your skin.

What Can You Do to Prevent Pimples?

If left untreated acne can become a serious problem. So it would be wise to start before adolescence to learn to take care of your skin by washing at least twice a day. You may never have a problem with acne but at least you began some preventive measure just in case.

When the natural oils that come from the small oil glands in the pores become full of dead cells and the pore becomes blocked, you have the beginning of a pimple. It takes about two weeks for this blockage to appear at the skins surface. This blockage is one reason you should wash at least twice a day, the idea is try to keep the pore cleared out.

Think about the food you eat, some say diet does not cause acne but it sure would not hurt to cut back on junk foods as much as possible and eat more fruit and vegetables. Drink more water and fruit juice instead of sodas or other sugar based drinks to help flush the toxins from your body.

If you get pimples and washing with regular soap does not clear it up try an over the counter medicated acne cleanser. Also available are medicated creams that you apply to the acne. Resist the urge to pop a pimple because you will only set it up for infection and the possibility of scarring. If the acne gets out of your control it may be time to see a dermatologist. They could evaluate your skin and prescribe a stronger medication to help clear it up.
